This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") governs how Picbee processes personal data on behalf of its clients.

1. Scope

Picbee acts as a data processor, handling personal data for clients who are data controllers.

2. Responsibilities

• Process data only as instructed by the client.
• Maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
• Assist clients with data subject requests and compliance obligations.

3. Subprocessors

Picbee may engage subprocessors to provide services. Clients are notified of any changes, and data protection agreements are in place.

4. Data Retention

Personal data will be retained according to the client's subscription plan and deleted upon termination or at client request.

5. Security Measures

Picbee implements encryption, access controls, and monitoring to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

6. Termination

Upon contract termination, Picbee will return or securely delete all personal data as instructed by the client.
