Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for Picbee (“we”, “our”, “us”), a SaaS platform that provides event creation, album management, public gallery hosting, guest POV uploads, and face‑search features.

1. Subscription Payments

All Picbee plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Payments are final and non‑refundable except where required by applicable law.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may qualify for a refund only under the following conditions:

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a system or billing error.
  • You accidentally purchased the wrong plan and notify us within 48 hours of the transaction.
  • You were unable to use the service due to a verified technical issue caused on our end.

3. Non‑Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to use or access the platform during the billing period.
  • Events or albums deleted by you or collaborators.
  • Uploads made by guests or users that affect your storage limits.
  • Violation of Terms of Service resulting in account suspension.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not issue automatic refunds for previously paid periods.

5. Free Trials & Promotional Offers

If Picbee offers a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial expires. Once the billing cycle begins, charges become non‑refundable.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] within the allowed window. Include your account email, transaction ID, and the reason for the request.

7. Processing Time

If approved, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.

8. Amendments

Picbee reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and updated within the app.
