These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Picbee ("we", "our", "us"), a SaaS platform for creating events, albums, public galleries, guest POV uploads, and face-search features.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Picbee, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

3. Allowed & Prohibited Use

You may use Picbee only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Circumvent security measures or attempt unauthorized access.
• Use Picbee to store or distribute malware or malicious files.

4. Event & Album Content

When creating events or albums:

• You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
• You grant Picbee a license to store, display, and process your media as needed to run the service.
• You must ensure you have rights to all images and media uploaded.

5. Guest POV Uploads

Users uploading POV content agree that:

• The event creator may view, manage, or delete uploaded media.
• They have permission to upload any identifiable images of other individuals.
• Uploaded content may appear in public galleries if the event owner enables it.

6. Face Search Feature

Picbee's face search system uses temporary face embeddings for the sole purpose of helping users find photos containing them. We do not store raw biometric data.

7. Payment & Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All payments follow our Refund Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms;
• Upload harmful or illegal content;
• Misuse the platform or abuse system resources.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

Picbee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, user mistakes, or third-party actions. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid during the last billing period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Picbee after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
