Position subjects facing windows or light sources. Avoid backlighting unless intentional.
Avoid Flash at Distance
Phone flash only works within 6-10 feet. Beyond that, it adds nothing.

Window light is incredibly flattering. Position subjects near windows when possible.

Outdoor photos 1 hour before sunset have the most beautiful, warm light.
